Join our team as a Packager. This role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Shifts: 1st Shift - 7am - 3:30pm
2nd Shift - 3pm - 11:30pm
3rd Shift - 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Pays: $17.50 for 1st Shift
$18.50 for 2nd & 3rd Shift
Packager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 to $ 18.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Perform packaging, assembly, and quality control tasks on various products.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to established procedures.
- Consistently lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Assist with general labor duties as needed to support production flow.
- Ability to stand for the entire 8-hour shift.
- Ability to consistently lift up to 25 pounds repetitively.
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and grasp with hands and arms.
- Ask if you are the actual person that is applying for packaging position.
- Ask if candidate has worked at Oberto before.
- Disqualify if:
- No high school diploma or GED
- If not willing to comply with strict dress code for food production environment (no fake eyelashes, no jewerly, no nail polish, no fake nails).
- If unable to communicate in English verbal and written for safety reasons.
Packager Qualifications:
- Must be able to work the designated shift assigned.
- Availability to work Saturdays as required to meet production demands.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Successful completion of a Background Check and Drug Screen is required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
