Accounting Clerk Details:
Direct Hire position- $
45,000.00 / annually Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:30pm )
- Accounts Receivable
- Processing customer invoices
- Posting payments
- Monitoring outstanding balances
- Following up on past-due accounts
- Accounts Payable
- Processing vendor invoices
- Matching invoices to purchase orders
- Preparing payments
- Maintaining vendor records
Accounting Clerk Qualifications:
• Experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable
• Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge
• Experience with invoice processing
• Experience posting payments or reconciling accounts
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office
• Comfort working in a small team environment
