General Laborer / Steel Welder (Full?Time) Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Assist with steel welding, fabrication, and material preparation in a shop environment.
- Measure, cut, grind, and assemble steel components using hand tools and shop equipment.
- Support general labor tasks such as loading materials, organizing the workspace, and maintaining shop cleanliness.
- Follow production instructions, quality standards, and all safety procedures throughout each project.
- Collaborate with team members to complete fabrication tasks efficiently and accurately.
General Laborer / Steel Welder (Full?Time) Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Experience with MIG welding or basic steel fabrication is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately and follow simple shop instructions.
- Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs. and working in a hands-on, fast paced shop environment. Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills.
