Sanitation Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Third Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 11:00pm to07:30am )
- Play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our food production facility
- This position is crucial for ensuring a safe and compliant work environment, involving the thorough cleaning and sanitization of equipment and production areas
- Execute routine cleaning and sanitation procedures for production equipment, machinery, tools, and food contact surfaces using approved chemicals and specialized tools
- Disassemble, clean, rinse, sanitize, and reassemble equipment following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sanitation
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of facility areas including floors, walls, ceilings, and drains
Sanitation Qualifications:
- Must be ok with working in facility which is kept at 45 degrees Fahrenheit
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl as necessary to perform cleaning tasks
- Lift and/or move frequently 10-25 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs. with assistance or mechanical support
- Required Qualifications:*** Previous experience as a Sanitation Technician in a food production or previous Janitorial experience. At LEAST 1 year of recent experience required
- For food safety and hygiene, no jewelry, artificial fingernails, or artificial eyelashes are permitted in production areas
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
