Description
Inventory Associate
We are seeking a detail-oriented temporary employee to assist with cataloging and organizing maintenance spare parts inventory. The ideal candidate will be methodical and accurate, with the ability to read and interpret part labels, tags, and identification markings across a range of mechanical and electrical components including motors, bearings, belts, and related equipment.

Inventory Associate Details:
Temporary position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Locate, identify, and catalog existing maintenance spare parts throughout the facility
- Read and accurately record information from part labels, nameplates, and packaging (e.g., part number, manufacturer, specifications)
- Enter inventory data into provided spreadsheet or database system
- Organize parts by category, equipment type, or location as directed
- Flag any damaged, unlabeled, or unidentifiable parts for follow-up
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace throughout the project
Inventory Associate Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills (data entry, spreadsheets)
- Ability to read and interpret labels, part numbers, and basic technical markings
- Comfortable working in a maintenance/warehouse environment
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs as needed
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
