Logistics Coordinator
We are hiring immediately for an experienced and detail-oriented Temporary Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in shipping, freight, and transportation management, particularly with hands-on experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like Microsoft Business Central and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) such as FreightPop.

Logistics Coordinator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
24.00 to $ 27.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Manage and coordinate daily shipping and logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods
- Utilize an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, specifically Microsoft Business Central, for order processing, inventory management, and shipping documentation
- Operate and optimize a Transportation Management System (TMS), preferably FreightPop, to select carriers, track shipments, and manage freight costs
- Process shipping requests, prepare necessary documentation (e.g., bills of lading, packing lists), and schedule pickups/deliveries
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, carriers, and customers regarding shipment status and potential delays
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise

Logistics Coordinator Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Logistics, Freight, or Transportation Management
- Strong hands-on experience with an ERP system; Microsoft Business Central experience is highly preferred
- Proficiency in using a Transportation Management System (TMS); FreightPop experience is a significant advantage
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes
