We are seeking a highly motivated and physically capable Warehouse Foreman for a temporary-to-hire position. This role is critical for maintaining an efficient and organized warehouse environment, requiring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage demanding physical tasks.

Warehouse Foreman Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Perform heavy and repetitive lifting of materials weighing at least 75 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift
- Stand, walk, bend, and stoop continuously for the duration of the 8-hour shift
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently; prior forklift experience is a significant advantage.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and distributing products
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control processes
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with all safety standards
- Adhere to a first-shift schedule, including mandatory Saturday shifts when required
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance with a clean driving record
Warehouse Foreman Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a warehouse setting
- Ability to repetitively lift 75 pounds
- Ability to stand for an entire 8-hour shift
- Valid driver's license and active insurance with a clean driving record
- Comfortable working a first-shift schedule, including Saturday's
- Previous supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred
- Experience as a Shipping/Receiving Clerk or in Inventory Control preferred
- Prior forklift certification preferred
- Appropriate warehouse attire is required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
