We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CNC Millwork Operator to join the manufacturing team. This position is critical to the production process, involving the precise setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC woodworking machinery to produce high-quality components. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong attention to detail, and be committed to safety and quality.

CNC Millwork Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC woodworking machines to produce components according to specifications.
- Accurately read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and consistency using various measurement tools, including a tape measure.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in strict alignment with company safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals and resolve technical issues.
- Document production data and promptly communicate any defects, equipment concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Commitment to working scheduled overtime as required.
CNC Millwork Qualifications:
- Ability to comfortably lift and carry up to 55 lbs.
- Must be comfortable and efficient in a fast-paced production environment.
- Must have reliable transportation, public transportation will not be able to get you there on time.
- Must have minimum of 6 months CNC operating experience.
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
