Bilingual Shipping Clerk Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 06:30am to05:00pm )
- Verify and process outgoing shipments using the warehouse management system (WMS)
- Check orders for accuracy and proper documentation before shipment
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure orders are prepared on time
- Enter shipment data into computer systems and maintain shipping records
- Communicate with team members to resolve shipping discrepancies
- Move between the office and warehouse cooler to check product and shipments
- Assist with general warehouse and shipping tasks as needed
Bilingual Shipping Clerk Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish required)
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Comfortable working in cold storage environment (34°F)
- Ability to work in and out of the cooler, not strictly a desk position
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
