First Shift Forklift Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.35 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Operate and work on 3 production lines: filling, bagging, and packaging cat litter
- Operate a sit-down forklift to move pallets, materials, and finished product throughout the facility
- Assist with staging materials and removing completed pallets from production lines
- Ensure products are packaged correctly and meet quality standards
- Maintain consistent speed and quality while meeting production targets
- Perform routine equipment checks and assist with minor troubleshooting
- Follow all safety procedures and wear steel-toe boots at all times
- Maintain clean and organized workstations Report any production issues to supervisors promptly Adhere to company attendance policy – a point system is in place
First Shift Forklift Operator Qualifications:
- Previous production or manufacturing experience required
- Sit-down forklift experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance is very important
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
