Title Searcher Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
14.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Conduct thorough searches of public records, deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, and tax records.
- Review property legal descriptions, chain of title, and ownership history.
- Identify potential title issues and prepare clear, accurate reports.
- Collaborate with title officers, escrow agents, lenders, and real estate professionals.
- Maintain organized documentation and track search progress.
- Communicate findings professionally and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all work complies with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Support additional administrative or research tasks as needed.
Title Searcher Qualifications:
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret legal documents and property records.
- Strong organizational and time?management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, online databases, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in title, real estate, or banking is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
