Lead Sprinkler Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift
- Install new irrigation systems including piping, sprinkler heads, drip lines, valves, controllers, sensors, and backflow devices.
- Diagnose and repair system issues such as leaks, wiring problems, broken heads, low pressure, faulty valves, or malfunctioning controllers.
- Perform seasonal services including system startups, shutoffs/winterization, and backflow testing (if certified).
- Adjust sprinkler heads for optimal coverage and water efficiency.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure proper coverage, pressure, and system performance.
- Program, adjust, and troubleshoot irrigation controllers (traditional and smart systems).
- Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, reduce water waste, and enhance landscape health.
- Replace damaged or outdated components as needed.
Lead Sprinkler Technician Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sprinkler installation
- 3+ years of landscaping experience
- Previous leadership experience is required for this position
- Must be able to work in the elements
- Lifting ability of 50-75lbs
- Ability to stand for 8–10-hour shift
- Reliable transportation a must
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
