Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and project specifications
- Fit, fabricate, and assemble components according to required tolerances
- Operate shop equipment such as grinders, saws, and torches
- Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Welder Qualifications:
- 2+ years of welding experience preferred (MIG required; TIG a plus)
- Ability to pass a weld test
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, team?oriented, and willing to learn new skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
