Grounds Maintenance Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
• Mow, trim, and edge lawns using landscaping tools and equipment
• Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and landscaping features
• Remove weeds, trash, and debris from walkways, parking lots, and outdoor areas
• Assist with watering, pruning, and basic plant and tree care
• Clean outdoor areas including litter removal and property upkeep
• Assist with seasonal work such as snow removal when needed
• Perform routine maintenance checks on landscaping equipment
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors
Grounds Maintenance Associate Qualifications:
• Must be comfortable working 100% outdoors in varying weather conditions
• This position involves a lot of walking throughout the shift
• Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and equipment
• Steel-toed boots required
• Must follow work instructions and remain in assigned outdoor work areas
