Customer Service Rep Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 09:00am to05:30pm )
- Receive and respond to incoming customer phone calls using proper English
- Answer and forward calls as appropriate to other departments and personnel
- Provide customers with appropriate product information and pricing
- Provide independent sales representatives with appropriate product information and pricing
- Respond to inquiries received from web site, personal voicemail, and general sales and customer service voicemail boxes

Customer Service Rep Qualifications:
- 3+ years in customer service, who demonstrates stability
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office systems
- Must maintain 40wpm typing speed with 10 key experience
- Candidate must be a motivated, self-starter
- Attendance is crucial for this position, so reliable transportation is required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
