Site Safety Supervisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Sunday throughSaturday from 05:30am to04:00pm )
- Enforce OSHA and site-specific safety policies
- Monitor cleaning crews for safe work practices
- Ensure proper PPE use (gloves, respirators, suits, etc.)
- Conduct daily safety briefings and toolbox talks
- Monitor chemical handling and SDS compliance
- Perform routine safety inspections of work areas
- Investigate incidents, injuries, and near misses
- Maintain safety logs and compliance documentation
- Coordinate safety protocols with site management
Site Safety Supervisor Qualifications:
- OSHA 30 Certification (required)
- Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
- 2–5+ years experience in safety supervision or EHS roles
- Experience in industrial cleaning, facilities, or data center environments preferred
- Knowledge of OSHA standards, hazard communication, and chemical safety
- Experience managing PPE compliance and safety training
- Ability to conduct safety inspections and incident investigations
- Strong communication and leadership skills with diverse crews
- Familiarity with SDS documentation and chemical handling procedures
- First Aid / CPR certification preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
