The Data Center Cleaning Technician Lead will lead their team as they perform specialized cleaning inside active construction data center sites. This is not standard janitorial work — it’s detailed, technical cleaning meant to protect sensitive equipment and infrastructure.

Cleaning Technician Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Sunday throughSaturday from 05:30am to04:00pm )
- Serve as Team Lead for a group of Cleaning Technicians
- Perform dust control and contamination cleaning using HEPA vacuums and approved methods
- Clean work areas around subcontractors to maintain site cleanliness standards
- Reclean assigned zones multiple times per day as construction continues
- Remove dust, debris, and zinc whiskers
- Perform detailed cleaning under raised floors and within plenums
- Assist with raised floor maintenance and tile replacement
- Support final cleaning before inspections and project turnover
- Maintain professionalism and communication
- Follow all safety rules
Cleaning Technician Lead Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in tight spaces, on ladders, or lifts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive work
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
- Leadership experience preferred but not required
- OSHA 10 preferred but not required
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
