Press Brake Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:00am to03:30pm )
- Operate press machines to produce materials according to specifications and schedules
- Load and unload materials from machines
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Perform basic machine operation and routine maintenance
- Keep work area and equipment clean and follow all safety guidelines
- Use basic tools and measuring equipment (calipers, tape measure, etc.)
- Read and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
Press Brake Operator Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience REQUIRED
- Must be able to read cad drawings to produce components using lasers, punches, and press brakes with very tight tolerances.
- Must know how to read blueprints - read angle projection, knowledge of tolerances, radii and bend deductions.
- Must know how to read tape measure, calipers & protractor Knowledge of Brake Press setup & run, tonnage chart, punch and dies.
- Must know how to operate the following Press Brake Machines; Amada RG-50, Amada RG-80, Amada HG-3103, Amada Astro 100, Di-acro machines & Manual back gauges.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
