Utility Worker Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( 08:00am to08:00pm )
- Provide essential support to manufacturing operations by performing scale and general utility tasks safely and efficiently.
- Work in a highly active, non?climate?controlled manufacturing environment with frequent physical activity such as standing, bending, and climbing.
- Follow a full?time 12?hour 2?2?3 rotating shift schedule, alternating between days and nights every 6 weeks.
- Complete a mandatory one?week training period (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.) before transitioning to the rotating schedule.
- Adhere to all safety policies, maintain reliability and punctuality, and meet pre?employment requirements including a background check and drug screen.
Utility Worker Qualifications:
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong commitment to working safely and efficiently in a fast?paced manufacturing environment.
- Physical capability to perform frequent standing, bending, climbing, and other active job duties.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to maintain consistency on a demanding 12?hour rotating shift schedule.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while supporting overall plant operations.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
