Enamel Operator Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $25.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • Weekend work required
  • Various shifts available (08:00am to 08:00pm)
  • Operate and maintain specialized enamel/insulation equipment while ensuring consistent product quality and safety.
  • Follow a structured training program (2–3 weeks) before transitioning into a full?time 12?hour 2?2?3 rotating shift schedule.
  • Work in an active, non?climate?controlled manufacturing environment requiring frequent standing, bending, climbing, and manual handling.
  • Maintain a clean, safe workspace and promptly report any equipment or process issues to supervisors or maintenance.
  • Meet all physical requirements, adhere to PPE standards (steel?toed shoes required), and successfully complete a background check and drug screen. 

Enamel Operator Qualifications:

  • Ability to operate and maintain industrial or manufacturing equipment safely and accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high?quality products.
  • Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment or process issues promptly.
  • Consistent adherence to safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and meet all physical demands of the role.
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
