Enamel Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( 08:00am to08:00pm )
- Operate and maintain specialized enamel/insulation equipment while ensuring consistent product quality and safety.
- Follow a structured training program (2–3 weeks) before transitioning into a full?time 12?hour 2?2?3 rotating shift schedule.
- Work in an active, non?climate?controlled manufacturing environment requiring frequent standing, bending, climbing, and manual handling.
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace and promptly report any equipment or process issues to supervisors or maintenance.
- Meet all physical requirements, adhere to PPE standards (steel?toed shoes required), and successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
Enamel Operator Qualifications:
- Ability to operate and maintain industrial or manufacturing equipment safely and accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high?quality products.
- Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment or process issues promptly.
- Consistent adherence to safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and meet all physical demands of the role.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
