Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 07:00am to07:00pm )
- Perform precise welding on metal components using MIG, TIG, and/or stick methods.
- Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and technical drawings to complete accurate welds.
- Inspect finished welds for quality, strength, and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain welding equipment, tools, and workspace to ensure safe, efficient operations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet production goals.
Welder Qualifications:
- Previous welding experience or vocational training in MIG, TIG, or stick welding
- Ability to read blueprints, follow measurements, and understand fabrication instructions
- Must pass a test.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work safely in a manufacturing or shop environment.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
