Bilingual Customer Service Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 09:00am to05:00pm )
- Performing duties as a bilingual customer service rep
- Following up on loan apps, taking payments & working out payment schedules
- Having challenging conversations with account holders in collections
- General computer and office duties to properly document activities
- Helping customers via phone, email and face to face
Bilingual Customer Service Qualifications:
- Ability to read, write and speak in Spanish and English
- Strong customer service experience working with the public
- Experience related to the finance industry (loans, banking, financial consulting, etc) strongly preferred
- Experience with MS Office and ability to quickly learn company computer systems
- Ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
