Industrial Mechanic Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to04:00pm )
- $18-$25 DOE
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical systems
- Troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain CNC's, manual, horizontal, and vertical lathes, grinding mills, finish mills, air compressors, kilns, cement coolers, elevators, etc.
- Facilitate equipment set up and initial operation. Sets anchor bolts, and installs bed plate, base or frame, adding shims or grouting to achieve proper elevation.
- Install and replace motors, hydraulic transmissions, variable and eccentric speed drives, speed reducers, and couplings.
- Repairs and replaces roller chain, flat belt, and V-belt drives, clutches, and gears.
- Operate threading machines to chase threads on pipes.
Industrial Mechanic Qualifications:
- Prior mechanic experience working with gas combustion engines such as forklifts and cranes is a requirement for this role
- Prior mechanic experience working on CNC machines, lathes, and mills, highly preferred.
- Applicants must provide updated resume with clearly demonstrated and proven mechanical experience
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
