Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:00am to03:30pm )
- Feed sheets of cardboard into production machinery quickly and accurately
- Perform consistent heavy lifting throughout the shift (up to 50+ lbs)
- Stack, move, and organize finished boxes or cardboard sheets
- Monitor machine flow and ensure materials are properly aligned
- Work safely around moving machinery and equipment
- Keep work area clean, organized, and free of debris
- Assist team members to maintain continuous production flow
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast?paced, physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
- Ability to work on your feet for long periods
- Team-oriented attitude with willingness to help where needed
- Occasional Overtime may work 12 hour shifts
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
