Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 35.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Sunday throughSaturday from 06:00am to06:00pm )
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on dental lab equipment, tools, and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues, lighting, and basic mechanical equipment
- Complete general building maintenance including minor plumbing, HVAC checks, painting, and carpentry
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Resume required.
- Previous experience in building, equipment, or industrial maintenance; electrical troubleshooting experience preferred
- Working knowledge of general maintenance tasks including minor plumbing, basic HVAC, and carpentry
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical documents such as schematics or maintenance manuals
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work on ladders, and perform physical tasks throughout a 12-hour shift
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and follow all safety and PPE requirements
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
