Accounting Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
30.00 to $ 35.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage full-cycle accounting including A/P, A/R, general ledger, invoicing, and purchasing using Sage.
- Process and oversee end-to-end payroll, including taxes, garnishments, benefits, and PTO tracking.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and report insights to leadership.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and ensure accuracy across all financial records.
- Handle HR-related accounting functions and compliance, including employee records, benefits administration, and tax filings (TPT, 940/941).
Accounting Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping or hands-on accounting experience with the ability to work independently.
- Strong experience with Sage (required) and full-cycle accounting processes.
- Proven ability to manage payroll, payroll taxes, and benefits administration.
- Solid understanding of financial reporting, general ledger management, and reconciliations.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive “take-charge” mindset with minimal need for training.
