Warehouse Associate
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our seed processing team. This position supports daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, staging, packaging, and shipping agricultural seed products. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Warehouse Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 06:00am to03:00pm )
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming seed shipments and materials
- Accurately label, store, and rotate inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Pick, stage, and prepare seed orders for shipment
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Assist with packaging, bagging, and palletizing seed products
- Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required documentation Load and unload trucks in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine warehouse cleaning and maintain organized work areas
- Follow all company safety policies and quality control standards
- Support production team as needed during peak processing seasons
Warehouse Associate Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse or agricultural experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus)
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Work is performed in a warehouse and seed processing facility
- Exposure to dust, varying temperatures, and noise
- Physical role requiring standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive movement
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
