Staff Accountant Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $67,500.00 /annually
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Complete account reconciliations with accuracy and follow-through
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation
• Match, process, and enter vendor invoices 
• Issue invoices to customers and ensure accuracy of billing
• Contact vendors when clarification or payment coordination is required
• Ensure follow-through on outstanding items from customers and internal teams
• Communicate with other departments (sales, operations, procurement) to resolve discrepancies
• Work independently to track issues, document findings, and escalate when appropriate
• Generate weekly reports and assist with pre-pay invoices for sales
• Maintain notes and documentation to ensure transparent accounting records
• Work within the company’s ERP system
