We are seeking a dependable Powder Coater to join our growing production team. This position is responsible for preparing metal parts and applying powder coating finishes to meet quality and durability standards. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in producing high-quality finished products.

Sandblaster/Powder Coater Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to06:00pm )
- Prepare metal parts for coating through cleaning, masking, and surface preparation
- Apply powder coating using spray guns and coating equipment
- Monitor coating thickness and ensure even application
- Operate curing ovens and monitor bake cycles
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance
- Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements at all times
Sandblaster/Powder Coater Qualifications:
- Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience preferred
- Experience using spray equipment or coating guns is a plus
- Ability to read work orders and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
