CNC Machinist
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our clients team. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining 4-axis and 5-axis machines, reading blueprints, executing programs, and performing quality control.

CNC Machinist Details:
Temporary position- $
28.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Read and interpret blueprints, tooling instructions, and job routings.
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including tool loading, offsets, and adjustments.
- Modify and maintain tools as needed, including work offsets and comp cutters.
- Document QC characteristics and ensure parts meet tolerance specifications.
- Provide feedback on programming and setup changes.
- Assist with fixtures for experimental or production purposes.
- Follow fabrication procedures and maintain high-quality standards.
CNC Machinist Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years in a machine shop environment preferred.
- Proficient with measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)
- Knowledge of G & M codes, work offsets, and CNC setup
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret prints and tolerances
- Experience multitasking in a high-volume environment
- Ability to determine efficient sequences for part production
- Knowledge of speed and feed calculations for various materials
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
