Local restoration company is searching for individual with strong sales experience in business to business opportunities. This positon is salary + commission.

Tuscaloosa area franchise provides restoration services to local area after fire or flood damage.

Sales Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.23 to $ 26.44 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
Our company seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. If you have a strong sales aptitude, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and market presence. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives.
Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve sales goals. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory travel.
- Previous experience in an outside sales or field marketing role needed. Experience in the restoration, home services, or franchise industries is preferred
