3rd Shift Assembly Supervisor Details:
Direct Hire position- $
65,000.00 to $ 80,000.00 / annually - Weekend work required
Third Shift ( Sunday throughWednesday from 07:30pm to06:00am )
The Assembly Supervisor leads daily assembly operations, ensuring top-quality output, strict safety compliance, and efficient workflow. This role drives continuous improvement, maintains accurate inventory and SAP data, and coordinates closely with Quality, Supply, Logistics, and HR to meet production goals.
- Act as the local representative for the company, ensuring alignment with company standards, maintaining a strong focus on product quality, and holding the team accountable for performance.
- Implement and enforce safety and environmental plans in accordance with company policies, as well as local and federal regulations, ensuring quality standards are never compromised.
- Assemble, lead, and develop a high-performing, accountable team, fostering a culture of ownership and responsibility for product quality, operational efficiency, and inventory control.
- Work closely with the Quality team to ensure all products meet strict quality standards and regulatory requirements, driving continuous improvement in product quality and minimizing defects.
3rd Shift Assembly Supervisor Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with 1-3 years responsible management position
- 1-3 years oilfield experience preferred
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience with explosives, knowledge of regulations and able to pass ATF Responsible Person certification
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
