General Labor -Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
Looking for individuals to work for a recycling and zero-waste company dedicated to sustainability and responsible environmental practices. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Operator to join our team in Harrisonville, MO.
This is a full-time, hands-on role in a clean, well-maintained working environment, ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and values safety and organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate equipment and perform general labor duties as assigned
• Assist with recycling and environmental service operations
• Sort, handle, and move recyclable materials safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and stage materials
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Perform routine inspections and basic equipment checks
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work as part of a team to complete daily tasks and projects
General Labor -Operator Qualifications:
• Previous experience in equipment operation, labor, recycling, or environmental services preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Dependable with good attendance
• Ability to lift, push, and pull materials as needed
• Willingness to work indoors and/or outdoors as needed
