Warehouse Team Lead
Elwood Staffing is hiring an experienced Team Lead for a warehouse in the Lancaster Area.

Warehouse Team Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 to $ 22.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to11:30pm )
- Assign tasks to team members
- Ensure team members are following best practices
- Monitor productivity and provide coaching for improvements
- Assist with paperwork and set-ups
- Train new hires and provide feedback
- Assist in resolving issues
Warehouse Team Lead Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask
- Communicate effectively with leadership and team members
- Self-motivated
- Must be able to assist in different areas of the warehouse when needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
