Quality Associate
We are seeking detail-oriented Quality Associates to support operations at a leading automotive manufacturing facility in Franklin, IN. In this role, associates will work along the power steering production line to inspect parts and components to ensure they meet established quality standards. This is a temporary assignment expected to last up to 90 days.

Quality Associate Details:
Temporary position- $
21.50 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Conduct thorough visual and manual inspections of power steering components directly on the production line.
- Verify that all parts meet established quality standards and specifications before advancing to subsequent production stages.
- Proactively identify and report any defects, inconsistencies, or damage to supervisors or quality leads.
- Strictly adhere to all facility safety procedures and quality control guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Accurately document inspection results and other relevant data as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production and quality objectives.
Quality Associate Qualifications:
• Proficiency in using precision measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers.
• Strong understanding of Quality Assurance principles.
• Prior experience as a Quality Inspector, particularly in a manufacturing environment, is highly beneficial.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
