MIG Welder
We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder for a manufacturing facility in Leslie on 1st shift. The position involves precision MIG welding, metal fabrication, and blueprint interpretation.

MIG Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Perform MIG welding tasks on a variety of materials and structures according to job specifications.
- Accurately read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and other technical drawings.
- Execute metal fabrication duties, including cutting, fitting, and assembling components.
- Ensure all welded products meet quality standards and project requirements.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
MIG Welder Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in MIG welding techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical specifications.
- Experience in metal fabrication processes.
- Reliable transportation/valid driver license.
- Strong work history.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Capable of frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
