Looking for a skilled Process Technician to optimize molding processes, ensure machine uptime, and support a collaborative team.

Process Tech Details:
Direct Hire position- $
32.00 to $ 34.00 / hour Various shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
• Ensure safe work practices and proper use of PPE
• Perform mold changeovers, machine startups, and color changes
• Conduct product inspections per the Control Plan
• Complete process audits to confirm equipment and process performance
• Troubleshoot molding processes, machines, and facility equipment
• Perform non-destructive and destructive product testing
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Maintain organized work areas through 5S principles
• Participate in mold qualification and process optimization
• Ensure processes are documented, followed, and continuously improved
• Perform additional duties as needed
Process Tech Qualifications:
• Experience in blow molding and/or injection molding
• 5+ years of plastics processing experience (packaging or healthcare preferred)
• Associate degree or equivalent technical education
• Fork truck and overhead crane certification preferred
• Strong understanding of molding machines & processing
• Proven ability to build a strong safety culture • Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
• Leadership ability—able to motivate, collaborate, and influence
• Detail oriented and organized
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word
