Payroll/Human Resources Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
26.44 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Manage all HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, and compliance
- Oversee payroll processes with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support employees with questions, benefits, and HR needs
- Administer corrective actions and maintain documentation
- Assist with insurance, asset tracking, and related administrative duties
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry?specific regulations
Payroll/Human Resources Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of combined experience in Human Resources and Payroll Experience handling both employee relations and disciplinary actions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks Strong organizational, communication, and problem?solving skills
- BSBA or a related degree Accounting background
- Knowledge of insurance, asset accounting, and DOT regulations
- Experience working in environments with field staff or operational teams
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
