Bilingual Garden Center Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Wednesday throughSunday from 09:00am to06:00pm )
- Set up and maintain attractive nursery and plant displays.
- Arrange plants, flowers, and hanging baskets throughout the garden center.
- Groom and care for plants to keep them healthy and retail-ready.
- Pull and prepare customer plant orders from the nursery.
- Assist customers with plant selections and purchases.
- Process payments using cash handling and Square App transactions.
- Help keep the garden center clean, organized, and welcoming.
Bilingual Garden Center Lead Qualifications:
- Bilingual (required) to assist a diverse customer base.
- Previous nursery, greenhouse, or garden center experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in processing payments.
- Clerical or retail experience is a plus
- 1–2 years of leadership or lead experience preferred
- Able to push flower carts up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate a hand pallet jack
- Comfortable with physical work outdoors in varying weather.
- Weekend availability required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
