Bilingual Front Counter Sales Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
Customer Service & Sales:
- Greet walk-in customers and provide exceptional service.
- Offer technical guidance on masonry products (block, stone, pavers, and related materials).
- Facilitate sales by assisting customers with product selection and answering product inquiries.
Order Processing:
- Prepare accurate quotes for materials.
- Enter sales orders into the POS system.
- Process payments (cash and credit card).
Logistics & Scheduling:
- Coordinate delivery schedules for job sites.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding delivery timelines and pickup instructions.
- Collaborate with drivers and yard staff to ensure smooth fulfillment.
Bilingual Front Counter Sales Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in building materials, landscaping, or construction industries.
- Experience with masonry, concrete, or landscape products is highly preferred.
- Willingness to learn product specifications and construction?related terminology.
- Strong bilingual communication skills (English & Spanish—verbal and written).
- Basic math skills for measurements and material quantities.
- Computer proficiency, including POS systems and basic Excel.
