Seeking a skilled Roll Former Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate roll forming machinery to produce high?quality metal panels and components used in commercial and industrial doors. The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience working in a production or metal fabrication environment.

Roll Former Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to03:30pm )
- Set up and operate roll forming machines to produce door panels, tracks, and metal components
- Adjust machine settings for varying profiles, materials, and thicknesses
- Load and align metal coils to ensure proper feeding
- Monitor production for quality, dimensional accuracy, and consistency
- Cut, stack, and bundle finished parts
- Perform visual and measurement inspections using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures Identify and correct defects such as bends, warping, or imperfections
- Perform other duties as assigned
Roll Former Qualifications:
- Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and technical specifications
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong hand?eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Accurate measurement skills (calipers, micrometers, tape measures, protractor)
- Basic math skills
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to meet production efficiencies and follow company policies
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
