Weekend Answering Service Operators Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
11.00 to $ 13.00 / hour Part Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Friday throughSunday from 07:00am to11:00pm )
- Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Take accurate messages and input information into the system.
- Route calls or messages to appropriate contacts.
- Provide basic information to callers when needed.
- Maintain a calm and courteous demeanor at all times.
Weekend Answering Service Operators Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Clear speaking voice and good phone etiquette.
- Basic computer/data entry skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous call center or answering service experience.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
