3rd Shift - Process Technician - Injection Mold Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $30.00 to $37.00 /hour
• Second Shift

• Set up and adjust injection molding machines to established process parameters.Perform mold preparation, mold changes, and efficient changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to molding machines, robots, and auxiliary equipment.
• Monitor production processes to ensure part quality and cycle time compliance.
• Adjust processing parameters to correct defects and improve part quality.Support startup, shutdown, and production change activities as required.
• Maintain proper material flow, including drying, conveying, and feeding systems.
• Identify and remove scrap material while documenting issues and corrective actions.
• Work closely with Maintenance, Quality, and Production teams to resolve process issues.
• Ensure molds, machines, and work areas are kept clean, organized, and production-ready
• .Follow all Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies and procedures.
• Document process changes, issues, and improvements according to company standards.
