Production Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:00am to03:30pm )
Job Duties:
- Handle the packing process by placing products into containers, sealing boxes, and preparing items for shipment using proper tools and materials.
- Check materials and finished products for accuracy, including lot numbers, expiration dates, and overall quality to ensure they meet company standards.
- Stock, sort, and move packaging supplies and products between work areas to keep operations running efficiently.
- Clean and sterilize equipment as required while following all safety procedures and reporting any unsafe conditions.
- Communicate any product or process issues to management or Quality Assurance and assist with additional tasks as needed.
Production Operator Qualifications:
- Demonstrate attention to detail and problem sensitivity.
- Knowledge of food production processing.
- Must occasionally lift 25 lbs. or move up to 100 lbs. using pallet jacks.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and arms, and occasionally to pull.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
