Keep traffic moving. Keep crews safe. Be the eyes and voice of the job site. We’re looking for alert, reliable Flaggers to control traffic in active construction zones. This role is critical to job site safety — you’ll direct motorists, communicate with crews, and ensure everyone goes home safe at the end of the day. If you’re dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, we want you on our team.

Certified Flaggers-Now Hiring! Details:
Temporary position- $
21.00 to $ 23.00 / hour Full Time and Part Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Control traffic flow using stop/slow paddle and hand signals
- Set up and maintain traffic control zones per safety standards
- Communicate clearly with crew members and motorists
- Monitor surroundings for safety hazards and changing traffic conditions
- Remain alert and standing for extended periods in outdoor environments
Certified Flaggers-Now Hiring! Qualifications:
- Current and valid Flagger Certification required.
- Previous flagging or traffic control experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to stand for 8–12 hours and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from various job sites along the Wasatch Front
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow safety instructions
- Must pass pre-employment screening requirements (E-Verify/I-9 and drug screen)
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
