Day Shift Resistance Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.50 to $ 28.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:00am )
- Operate resistance welding equipment to accurately join metal components using heat and pressure.
- Load, position, and align metal parts into fixtures to ensure consistent, precise weld placement.
- Monitor weld settings and make routine adjustments to maintain quality and meet production standards.
- Inspect finished parts for defects and report equipment or material issues to supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation throughout the shift.
Day Shift Resistance Welder Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Skilled in using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
- Able to work a full time first shift schedule, including mandatory overtime when needed.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
