Day Shift MIG/TIG Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.50 to $ 28.50 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:00pm )
- Weld metal components using MIG and TIG techniques following provided blueprints and specifications.
- Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment to ensure consistent, high-quality welds.
- Inspect finished welds for accuracy, strength, and overall quality, making adjustments as needed.
- Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and follow all standard safety procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and support production goals by completing tasks efficiently.
Day Shift MIG/TIG Welder Qualifications:
- Previous MIG and TIG welding experience required, with the ability to produce clean, consistent welds.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and production specifications.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect welds for quality and accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and following all safety procedures.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required unless specified.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
