Night Shift Powder Coating Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 to $ 22.50 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift ( Sunday throughThursday from 08:00pm to06:00am )
- Operate powder coating equipment to apply consistent, high-quality finishes on metal parts.
- Prepare and hang parts, ensuring proper surface readiness before coating.
- Monitor ovens, equipment settings, and coating thickness to maintain quality standards.
- Inspect finished parts for defects and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all standard safety procedures.
Night Shift Powder Coating Operator Qualifications:
- Previous experience in powder coating, industrial painting, or manufacturing preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Comfortable lifting, bending, standing, and working around heat and industrial equipment.
- Strong attention to detail when inspecting coated parts for quality and consistency.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required unless specified.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
