Immediate opening for a skilled MRO Buyer to source industrial electrical and mechanical components efficiently.

Buyer Details:
Direct Hire position- $
66,020.00 to $ 72,800.00 / annually - Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:30am to03:30pm )
Works with multiple vendors to determine the best deals for the company based on price, quality, and speed of delivery among other factors. Research, evaluate and buy parts for the company to be used in everyday operations as well as in repairs needed. Purchases complex and technical or specialized equipment, materials or services specifically designed and manufactured to meet Dura-Bond’s needs and specifications.
- Works with multiple vendors to determine the best deals for the company based on price, quality, and speed of delivery among other factors.
- Research, evaluate and buy parts for the company to be used in everyday operations as well as in repairs needed.
- Purchases complex and technical or specialized equipment, materials or services specifically designed and manufactured to meet the company's needs and specifications.
- Reports to, (and with duties as assigned by ) the Purchasing Manager and General Manager.
Buyer Qualifications:
- 2-3 years’ experience supporting industrial production/manufacturing setting required.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with NetSuite, or any other ERP system preferred; but not required.
- Associate’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs., twist and turn, kneel, and stand for long periods of time, climb a ladder, and work overhead as required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
