Final Finish
Are you experienced in construction finishing, trim work, and interior installation? We are looking for a skilled Final Finish Tech to join a growing production team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in detailed work and has hands-on experience with interior construction, installation, and finishing tasks. If you enjoy working with tools, reading blueprints, and seeing a project come together from start to finish, this could be the job for you. Up to $20.

Final Finish Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Perform final installation and finishing work on completed building units
- Install interior trim, doors, hardware, cabinets, and fixtures
- Install and adjust windows, molding, baseboards, and finishing materials
- Perform touch-ups, adjustments, and final detail work before product completion
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
- Read and follow blueprints, measurements, and layout instructions
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
- Make repairs or corrections as needed before final inspection
Final Finish Qualifications:
- Previous final finish or construction finishing experience required
- Experience with trim work, installation, carpentry, or interior finishing
- Ability to read blueprints
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and saws
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a production environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
